They have not made a claim yet.  They asked for a copy of my E & O months ago but I have not heard anything since.  So just based on them maybe filing a claim they raised it that much.  I am trying to shop around right now, but it's not looking so promising.  The insurance agent said no one else will take us so I'm trying myself to look around.
