Nationwide Abstrax is significantly delinquent in their payment to us. Andrew Michelson, the COO, is happy to reply to emails with apologies and promises, but has taken to avoiding and not returning calls. He has claimed that their clients are delinquent in payment to them.

My guess is that NAX is on the brink of going out of business, and if they are paying anyone, they are only paying the abstractors who are still willing to work for them. (We cut them off weeks ago.)

I would strongly encourage you not to do business with Nationwide Abstrax.
