You have my sympathy for sure.  In Alabama I cover 16 counties and most of them are not remote access only.  I have lost priority status for one company because they can get it cheaper.  I also told them you get what you pay for.  I charge more than you do for residential and commercial full searches.  I could not do an update for what your client wants to pay.  One claim and they will be back to you I hope.
