I get it that vendor management companies try to save money, who doesn't . I don't understand the idea that 1995 fees are in line with the market. That is just nonsense. I am curious if they have these same fee reduction debates with the surveyors that they use. I doubt it. 

I bet every employee at these vendor management companies or the title management supervisor has received a raise at some point or numerous points since 1995.
