But you're absolutely right- we do need to band together to contest this absurd policy.

Problem is- I haven't been in a courthouse or seen any other title examiners in over 15 years now. 

and it was impossible to get them organized back in the day- it's like herding cats.

I'm not Nostradamus, but I could plainly see eventually we couldn't make a living doing this if the banks and lawyers wanted to outsource title work.

and online recording was another nail in the coffin.

But I'm not sure of the volume  that is going overseas now. I'm sure it's pretty substancial.

Can you imagine them trying to do a commercial search?
