I found that all of these people are taking their orders out of the "Jurisdiction" (meaning out of state) when they order, only to have the order return  in state..  (there is actually a reason, (THEY NEED THE STRAWMAN!!) ..  to break any liability.   to the offshore companies (who is going to sue in another country).   Once you understand that..

 you understand.. you, who work under statutes and codes to abstract or in our case, a state  license..  the strawman, keeps the real ones closing the transaction arms length away (out of the watch dogs eyes)

Take any real estate problem or situation to a court for a mistake (or in some cases, where they players are getting caught at fraud).  they blame the strawman.

How many of you are protecting your country recorders and advising them of what is happening to your market and with the "e-record"..  how many of you are warning the county recorders of off shore or out of jurisdiction of storage of records (meaning storage of records in another state) out of the reach of your state legislature (whom is the law maker for you) whom you are to report to when there is an issue..  It is your DUTY to report to the executive branch your findings..  Pick up the phone.. and DO IT..  stop complaining and DO IT..  these county recorders are being run over like no tomorrow...  help them, help you.   These county boards have know exactly what is going on..
