But the volume wasn't what it was in 2005. 

If anyone has any hard statistics on outsourcing, I'd sure like to see it. 

The bottom line is that your county or state could put a stop to it by cutting off access to online records to people not located in the United States.

i might go further than that. 

We, as tax payers, paid for the system to go online in our local jurisdictions.
