Interesting since I had to do the same to get a brokers license in Florida.  and they make you file them in the sheriff's office with your finger prints.   Why in the gods name should we have to give our fingerprints to get a brokers license?  I thought that was for criminals only.  PLUS I have to go thru FBI background checks annually.   Why the Brokers?

If it has a benefit.. then I understand why these "sovereign citizens" do it.   What is a "Sovereign Citizen"?  Can you explain that?   Are they brokers?
