Hi Regina, good questions.  For sure, you've got  AI to not only ingesting search reports that you've provided, but also learning... LLM is like the best intern or new employee you've ever had watching over your shoulder, better than a title plant IMO.   There are AI products ...

Any long-time Abstractor wanting to stay competitive, I'd highly recommend looking at how to make the most of your current assets - people and data.  For most companies labor is the #1 expense.  Thus, maximizing your output with existing labor, is one of the best (and first) steps to compete (more profits, more bandwidth for revenue growth).  I call this operational efficiency.  Then secondarily, ensuring your data exists in a consolidated, indexed, and easily repurposed structure. I call this data availability & accessibility.  Both achieved through technology.

As a Technologist with the best-in-class Title Abstract workflow software (RDS), I believe it is an exciting time for my Customers.
