Yes, unless the client specifically says they don't want certain copies, all copies should be provided and listed on a report. I can't tell you how many times I have had a report save my butt because having a document shown on a report but left out of a search package clearly shows that the document was found and reported. It's a much, much smaller error than having it look like you just missed the document period.
