I have all the same questions, but no one seems to know the answers.  Even though its been on the books in Virginia for several years, its seems it was rarely used, and at least for me this is the first one I would have seen.   It just makes me uncomfortable when there are questions and no answers.  Any Virginia lawyers out there care to comment on this automatic subordination issue?
