Have talked with Nick today and the confussion was all on our part. We should have called Nick by phone when we didn't get a responce on e-mails. We have no problem with Vanguard Business and our message on this site was meant to get information. Not, to imply that Vanguard does not pay its vendors. In rereading my original message it could be taken that way. This is a tough business were are all in and our good names are all we have to relay on and my intent was not to cast any negativity on Vanguard Business Processing........Susan
