If this is Michigan-based TitleSource, they are one of my oldest and best clients.  Been working for them for many years.  As someone else mentioned, Quicken Loans is one of the big mortgage companies they do title work for.  You now have to upload orders to their website, but it is very easy and trouble free.  Payment has never been an issue in any way, shape or form.  Have always dealt with intelligent and friendly people.
