I know at Old Republic here, we can only receive e-mails 10mb and under. If it's anything bigger then it gets bounced back to the sender. This actually happens quite often. The examiner can fax it if they wish, or break it down into smaller pieces and we can patch it back together on our end using a program called Nuance.

Robert would also be correct on the scanner settings. I've had some searches returned being only 23 pages or so, and turns out to be 6mb or some silly number higher than it should be.
