I have addressed this many times because some people like you refuse to hold your public agencies and government accountable to the people.  The Public Records Acts of each state are quite clear about your right to access public records held during the open office hours of a public agency.  You have a right to view and review them.  There is no functional difference between being a blind  man, coming in with a recorder and translator to read the document, or an artist who sets up an easel and paints a copy of a deed in the county office, or a ABC news crew that arrives to take a picture of a foreclosure deed for a news story, or you coming in with a camera. 

NOBODY is going to exercise your rights for you.  If you fail to step up to the plate and ask a question or overturn an illegal and capricious policy, then that's your problem.  They tried that here against me.  They failed in two counties.  THEY FAILED.  READ AGAIN.

I have no sympathy for you, only  your clients who are charged needlessly for your lack of willingness to stand up to arbitrary actions by civil servants.  I'm sick of  your whining already about this, so we're on mutual terms.
