We've accepted projects from them many times over the past decade without problem.  They seem to be a long-time, stable part of the industry.

They fall into that "middle man" category that I've criticized in the past for taking a project, grabbing profit and passing the leg work cheaply on to local searchers, so don't let them low-ball you.  Keep you price reasonable and standards high.
