Thank you for your very information response. While I entered into WSAs with two different companies, I have not actually had an opportunity yet to really see how it is going to play out.

Because I do a lot of REO work and because my REO Asset Managers are doing nationwide distribution of title clearance and closing assignments, I hope that this will at least get more business from those clients.

I will keep you posted on my progress as it relates to WSAs and I will certainly take all of the advise you have kindly offered and use it!
