I currently do work for them.  They are SUPER PICKY and require documents for everything, including Plats.  Copies of Divorces, Probates, and Court dockets.  The searched I get are mostly 2os for pre-foreclosure.  I currently examine Florida for them.   They are though a great client.  They pay by direct deposit and they pay ontime, which is GREAT.
