Did 2 "rush" closings for them a few years ago.  They were late getting the docs to me and then kept calling during the closing asking if it was completed.   After the docs were sent back to them, they said they needed to change their payment from net 30 to net 60 and then to net 90.  Needless to say, I never did get paid.  Didn't think they were still in business.  The Speedy I dealt with was in NJ.
