Thanks folks; I found some really good ideas in your post and identified a few of my problems.  A big on is we are in an area where most of the counties are small and will not support a full time presence in only one area.  I cover 20 counties and HAVE to travel.  Fuel cost are up and orders are down, so it cost more per order to do the work and my prices have increased to the point most aren't willing to pay it.  The other side is I can't travel 150 miles and charge only $25.00.  It's a downward spiral --- "less work, higher cost, higher cost, less work".  Good luck all!!  I'm updating my Resume.
