I've always looked at it like this. "I showed it, it's your call whether or not to pay it off." I could care less whether or not they pay them off, at least as far as my liability is concerned. I've run into several of these where the vendor management company has flat-out told me that it wasn't paid because they don't attach. IN A DIFFERENT STATE! You'd think they'd want to look into the statutes of limitations in the state they're doing business in. But, if they don't, who cares. I've done my job, and they're on the hook, not me.
