You may have responded to this before -- I seem to remember it was someone in CT who answered back on my original post about "what happens when you sue the *$^@%#".
I can assure you, Kevin, that unless my lawyer outright lied to me (and I find that highly unlikely), the case was dismissed because the owner of cornerstone (who USED to be a lawyer himself) had no money to pay (from the LLC) and the judge chose not to do anything about personal assets. I was told by my lawyer -- who sent me copies of everything as the case went along -- that there is nothing more he can do. If the judge dismisses it, he dismisses it and unless I want to go thru an appeals process -- which would cost me WAY more than $14,000 -- we're at the end.
And now I have to go because we're in the middle of a REALLY bad thunderstorm!
