Kelli, don't waste your time or your money. Look at my posts regarding Cornerstone in Lexington. I sued them, WON, got judgments, went to court re his "contempt of court" for not showing up for depositions. Did everything right and by the book (via a Lexington collections atty) and then the judge dismisses the case BECAUSE HE FELT SORRY FOR HIM. It's ridiculous. Because I have "Inc." after my name, that means I'm a big corporation that won't miss the $14,000? Hell, no.
Am I bitter? Hell yes.
Reporting them to the BBB and Dunn & Bradstreet will do absolutely nothing to harm. them. No one I know ever checks those registries in our business. Post the name of the company here and on Abstractor Watchdog to help the rest of us out.
