Wow.  My disclaimer is certainly not one line.  I have a whole page of disclosures about known flaws in such systems.  I compile them and if I find a new one not covered by my prior disclaimer, I add it immediately to the "mix".  You can account for everything if you take a ton of time with exceedingly excellent research methodology, and CYA with a ongoing disclosure, insurance and animal sacrifice to the right juju spirits.
