This is indeed above and beyond to always find the vesting deed. When such a deed is in 1947 and will involve an additional set of hours to locate in the old cursive tomes, I cannot price a quick 5 year date-down at the same price as the hours it will take to find the '47 deed (60-year plus research), as the client will balk at such a cost in added time and price, plus I cannot expect my contractors to do a 60-year search at a 5-year search-price.
The math simply does not work in favor of the free market in this instance.
Also, I suppose, if I were a retiree and doing this on the side for a hobby, I would search things out in this manner at the shorter-search price.
Could you elaborate on how to do this and remain competitive in this market? The only searches I get are one's that can't be done on DocEdge which means that their vesting is prior to '85 and requires microfiche, microfilm and book research.
