Yolanda Reeves is great; she works hard for the abstractors.
In regards to payment, I just started working for this company (again) since they became Corelogic; and I was paid for my copies in full. They are very strict about paying ONLY what the county charges...sometimes I get them mixed up with as many counties as I cover...but a simple email usually fixes it, as does a call to the county to get the correct copy fees. Also, when invoicing them, you have to invoice your copies separately from the search fee. Maybe that is where the problem is?
Maybe if you still want the work, you can ask to be transferred to Yolanda as an alternate? Just a thought...I don't know Dolores Jackson, thankfully my rep is Yolanda.
Just a few thoughts, hopefully you can work it out with them and keep the income. :o)
