I've heard from Suzi in the past month, but I tend to offer them some quick search freebies when they can't locate title in Alameda County or the like, so I rarely ever bill them.  I'll drop her a note and see how she's doing.  I've not heard anything about going out of business, but they did do a major reorganization about December and lost a ton of client & contractor data;  funny as they contacted me after using me for years with a note saying that they "found" me on SOT.  lol
