That makes no sense to me. Current Owners and Full Searches are radically different especially in Tennessee where a Full Search is either 40 or 60 years depending on the client. I would provide standard fees for both types and offer to only charge the difference if they come back on a C/O and ask for it to be upgraded to a Full Search, that's how I handle those requests with my clients.
