I also received this e-mail. He claims that he uses local abstractors, (huh? I thought HE was doing the "online" searching) I asked him for a person's name or company name then but of course got no reply to that.  The sad thing is that even if your county isn't online itself,  websites like Redvision and Datatrace claim that they have all records of counties in a lot of the states. I think that's where people like "Kevin" are doing their searching.
