I agree that it woud be nice to see a good law suit.  But the reality is that the clients who do this have driven prices down so low that the amount is really never enough to get an attorney interested in a contingency fee.  I had one client a few years before I finished law school that I really wanted to sue - they owed me $2,000.  My attorney talked me out of it - he told me it was not worth the legal fees and he wasn't willing to consider a contingency fee.
