Payment is quick, easy & complete.  I set up a separate bank account & they  wire money transfers in about every other week.  Never had one problem with them.  No squawking about copy fees or anything else.  As long as you establish what you're going to charge for a rundown, etc with them before you do the first title & that info gets entered into their system then you don't need to do another thing, other than invoice them with each title file.
