Thanks Robert.  Does Ohio have tenancy by the entirety??  In Mass there are 3 kinds of tenancy - tenancy in common, tenancy by the entirety, which is solely between husband and wife & joint tenancy.  The primary interest in holding a joint tenancy is generally to ensure that unmarried persons can acquire property on the death of the other joint tenant(s) without the necessity of probate. 

In Mass the language has to be very, very specific as to what you're creating, particulary if it's a joint tenancy.
