We recently started asking our abstractors to do the same.  We are going paperless in our office so it's easier if we get the files in .pdf to begin with.  Honestly I never gave a thought that some abstractors did not have the necessary program. Thanks for pointing that out.  

I would suggest Acrobat as well.  It'svery user friendly and it's not pricy.
