Hope,

It was either earlier this year or last year that the owner's DID get a loan to get caught up with the abstractor's, I recieved a notice from them about this.

So I would be careful, it was one reason I decided not to do their work anymore.

I have companysavings exactly for this reason.

When business is good I stash as much away as I can so I never have to worry about covering my payroll or paying the guys who do my work.

I have pretty much quit doing work for companies who pay 60-90 days, all my clients pay weekly, every 2 weeks or 1 time per month, which is as it should be.

Companies who go out 60-90 days are usually in financial trouble. I have learned the long and hard way after losing 10's of thousands of dollars (this was many, many years ago and fortunately I had paid the guys who did my work), to me its just not worth the risk.

I am glad that they are paying you.
