Agreed, which is precisely why I’m glad that Governor Corbett and the DEP are being proactive in holding drilling companies accountable for their actions. My main point in all this is that the Commonwealth has a regulatory framework in place for dealing with such issues and that the system does work, despite the ridiculous claims by some that “the fix is in.”
