Yes, you deal with Nick and Matt.  I went to the michigan gov. website when it first happened, because they insisted they were no longer Genesis.  I found the same information that you did.  They owed me a lot of money that time, and I was paid only after threatening to go to legal counsel, and just a couple of days before Genesis went out of business.  I guess I too was hoping they had changed their ways when they called for an emergency update.  But obviously not.  $22.00 is no big deal, it was just indication that nothing had changed and I will never work for them again.  I did receive the check for the $22 yesterday...by overnight delivery.  Good luck with your attempts to get paid by Red eDocs.
