Ben registered here early 2009 and was open in 2008 (some of us who work here worked for Ken unfortunately because not only was he horrible to work with, he screwed most of the employees out of their COBRA when he fired them).  You can probably find when he opened his company on Dunn & Bradstreet. 

Just because they're related doesn't mean they're anything alike in personality or professionally (I don't think ANYONE is like Ken).  If Ben's handwriting is anything like Ken's, ouch.

I'd research Abstractors 4 U here as a company unto itself to be fair.  As I said, I don't know Ben but I'm sure he's aware of what his brother did and has tried to distance himself from that debacle as much as he can.  They weren't in business together.  I have no idea what Ken is doing these days, nor do I care but before assuming the worst of Ben, I'd look into his company and ask around from your fellow abstractors before deciding he's from the same rotten bushel of apples.

I know - I'm sure most of you who know my relationship with Ken thought I'd be last one saying this but fair is fair. Ben does not equal Ken.
