Abstracting companies shouldn't have a problem with cash flow because they should have reserves/savings.

I have dropped every company that doesn't pay me in 30 days because to me it means they have a cash flow problem, and I am not willing to take the chance of getting screwed out of thousands of dollars. Been there and done that and learned the long and hard way as a result.

It is also a red flag that they replace abstractors who want to be paid in a timely fashion. Anyone who has been in this business for a long time knows, or should know, that companies who pay 90 days have a severe financial problem, personally I wouldn't do their work, not 90 days out.....
