You should look them up on SOT, no one has said a bad word about this company and they pay their abstractor's.

I have a friend who does their work and they require full copies on some of their searches because they are foreclosures.

I work for a company that only does foreclosure work and they have always required full copies of all the documents for all their searches.

I do not believe this to be an unusual request.

If my friend wasn't already covering the same counties that I cover I would definitely sign up to do their work.
