I have worked for them off and on thru the years, right now they are about 60days behind.  Got paid about 1/2 that's due in two checks within last 3 weeks.  I had talked to Lori Lancaster, who I recognized from another Title Co., she was apologetic, offered follow up if I needed it and then checks started coming in.  She appears to be a straight shooter and she promptly admitted they were behind in processing checks but were catching up...and so it appears right  now they are working on it.  Here's a thought....try looking at them as Bonus Checks...the bills have been paid by your regular & good paying clients so when the ones from NREIS appear it's a bonus.

We unfortunately, as a group put up with the mentality of slow pay vs no pay...especially when there wasn't much out there to be had at times...thereby allowing some of these companies to delay and delay and disappear.  I can also say that if NREIS was about to go down and had to reorganize in order to pay it's bills, unlike the other deadbeat companies who disappear or ignore you...that I can work with.  I can give them longer without "chasing" my money right now....but I'm not going to let them get behind a great amount either in the future and be forced to fight for it either.
