Wow - 20 programs.  That's rough & it's also a good reason to use a local yokel & not someone from overseas or even out of state.  We only have 3 computer systems that I know of, but even for the systems that are on the same platform, the data entry is done differently, so again, a local yokel is what's called for. 

I have disclaimers concerning Registry spelling, indexing, etc errors, including changes made to the system without public knowledge on both my schedule sheets & the report.  Back in the day, a long, long, long time ago, independent examiners' mistakes were covered by their clients' malpractice - but not anymore.
