Source of Title Forums: Re: Beware of Boston National Title

I have done alot of work for them and they pay within approx 60 days, the only thing is you have to submit a "Monthly Statement" on the 5th of each month for the prior months searches.....I always submit an invoice with the work I do and it is a bit annoying to have to follow up with a statement in addition, but they have always paid me.
