I didn't follow the link but if this isn't the same couple in FL someone posted about here a few months ago, as featured on The Daily Show, this will be the third.  There's a guy in Philly who did the same: showed up at their local branch when they erroneously foreclosed on him and he incurred a hefty legal fee which they agreed to pay then didn't.  The funniest part was that he is into the vampire culture and not one TV interviewer mentioned the fact he had fang implants and was wearing a long black cloak.  Google something like "vampire foreclosure philadelphia" and you'll find a hit.  Of course Colbert interviewed him and didn't ask much about the foreclosure, he asked if he drank blood and slept in a coffin.
