Residential has picked up and I have also done a bunch of commerical work this year.

I know rates are very low right now, and those with good credit are getting something like 3.4 or 3.5% interest.  One of my employee's is refinancing her house down to a 15 year mtg and is getting 3.4, but she is also with a credit union.
