Yes, the O&G counties in PA have been a thorn forever.  I had resorted in some cases to using another smaller vendor manager in PA for some of those counties but through diligence and sweet talking clerks, I've lucked out in most counties and found people who don't want any part of the O&G world.  There are still a few tough ones but fortunately, no one seems to live there because searches are rare.

O&G - lucrative yes but tedious and one searcher I recently brought on board said "what are they all going to do when that dries up and they've cut off their residential clients all these years?"

I refrained from saying those clients will all be using 'Bob' in India by then...
