Thanks Robert and Patrick. I agree it should be negotiable. My main point is that neither seller or buyer should be able to "require" the other to pay for title insurance through a particular title company as a "condition of sale" which is what some buyer Realtors are attempting to do against a seller using Section 9 as it's tool.
