I would sent them a certified letter letting them know that you are going to turn them over to collections and then call Dun and Bradstreet, they have a collection agency and if they still do not pay up Dun and Bradstreet will turn it over to an attorney and put it on their company credit. The attorney will go after them for your money.
I have used them before and gotten my money.
