I too have clients who request you use their bar coded cover sheet.  Not a problem.  I don't even have a problem with a request for documents to be in a specific order.  What I consider to be a "penalty fee" is what I have a problem with. I have to wonder if we as abstractors accept this fee, what will be next?...and how soon before every company is imposing fines and office fees.....
