We also received that fax and had a different reaction then what is being posted. They have placed an order with our company and have asked to follow certain instructions.  Obviously there is a reason as to why they require their orders to be returned in a certain manner. Maybe they are trying to be more efficient with their time when orders are returned, client turn around, etc. We welcome the business and will return the order (which actually makes since) per their instructions. In a time when business is slow, why drop a client because they have asked for orders to be returned in a certain order? Doesnt make sense.
