Jodi, call and talk to Crystal.  Tell her you were guaranteed payment in 30 and that if you don't receive it you will start reporting them.  I did that and had my check within the week.  Of course, they guaranteed that they would not use my services anymore, but that's not really a loss on my part now is it? 

I called her on Tuesday of last week and received payment on Tuesday of this week.  I don't know how much they owe you,  but mine wasn't a huge amount so maybe it wasn't a big deal for them to cut the check just to shut me up.  If yours is a large sum then they may not be willing to do that, but it's worth a shot!
